but deeper the snow the more i

the sounds of my feet falling down

but the day you said goodbye to me
my little head bowed, i cried all day
the worst was yet to come i fell away
into the day
your house was full of icicles

the morning i woke up my body shivered
i was cold and wet my fingers bitten
by the frost
my elbows rigid
